 Polly Polkadot Jewellery and Textiles is run by Frances Hazell.  Frances is a stay at home mum of two, with and extravagant  lifestyle of tumble tots and coffee shops to maintain.

Based in near Dolgellau, Frances fits her jewellery making and sewing machine work around school runs and bedtime stories.  Frances is a member of Grug the craft studio, Dolgellau.  Frances also blogs about the trials and tribulations of self-employment www.pollypolkadotblog.blogspot.com

 

 

 


 Jane Tooze trained at Bristol Old Vic for a diploma in costume to compliment her multi media textile degree.  She has worked for many theatre compies including Bristol Old Vic, Bath Theatre Royal and the Jill Freud Company.  More recently she has workied for TV covering a diverse range of projects including Deal or no Deal, Aardman Animations and Skins.  Currently Jane is once again working for Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, enjoying spending time at the sewing machine, and balancing life as a new mum.

 Ian Willis trained in Cabinet making and has been making fine furniture for nearly 30 years.  Ian's many commissions have included National Eisteddfod of Wales and a piece for the Royal Suite at Heathrow.  Recently Ian has been exploiting his woodwork skills to produce wood cut prints.  Ian's business, Willis Munz Woodworking is based near Dolgellau.

 Polly Polkadot no longer sells Eleanor's Attic oilcloth bags.  Eleanor's Attic bags are now available from Grug Studio, Dolgellau and its online store.  Eleanor's Attic bags are now stocked across the country in small boutique stores.
